We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations as smoothly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:  

 

  •  50% Refund: Cancellations made before May 1st , 2025, will receive a 50% refund, if justified ( Visa application rejected, medical certificate)

  •  No Refund: Cancellations made on or after May31st , 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

To cancel your booking, please contact us via WorldCongress@justicewithchildren. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible when receiving the cancellation request.
